Thinking about dropping in?

Whether you’re local to the Lake Wylie area and just want to come see what we’re all about OR if you’re visiting the area and want to get in a good workout, we’d love to have you come workout with us!

There are just a few things you need to be aware of if you’re thinking about dropping in.

  • You must be actively doing CrossFit for at least the past 3 months in order to drop-in. If you’re not currently doing CrossFit or would like to check us out, you’re welcome to attend our Saturday morning class at 8 am.
  • The drop-in fee is $20.
  • You will need to sign a waiver the first time you drop-in, before attending any class. You can do it electronically after you sign-up using the button below.
  • You need to reserve a spot in class using the PushPress for Members app. You can download this app after you sign up using the button below. Create your account > Log in > Go to Schedule > Classes > Pick the date and select the class to reserve your spot.
  • We also offer a one-week drop-in option. Please call, email, or stop by to discuss this option.
