- If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do), membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will apply, as rates are subject to change.
- If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of canceling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your 4-week written cancellation notice. Your membership will be canceled 4 weeks from your last payment date. Note that if you have a scheduled payment during this notice period, the full payment will be processed as scheduled, as we do not offer prorated payments. All payments are non-refundable.
- If you are on a contract plan, you will be responsible for an early termination fee if canceling before the end of your 26-week or 52-week agreement. The termination fee equals the difference between the discounted contract rate you paid and the regular no-contract rate for the same period.
